Entire drain cover on pavement collapsed leaving approx 40×20cm hole in ground.

This hole has been there for about 2 months, covered by stirling board which is rapidly degrading. This is an area with heavy footfall and this section of pavement is frequently mounted by cars coming out of the neighbouring car park. It is an accident waiting to happen.
