Continuous flooding of the Lawrence Hill underpasses

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 10:40, Monday 14 October 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later

The underpasses of the Lawrence hill underpass are constantly flooding whenever there’s rain, this was a regular problem last winter and it’s already happening again, schoolchildren are getting soaked on their way to school as there’s no quick and safe alternative route, either that or they are risking crossing the busy roads at the roundabout. This needs addressing properly.

  • This underpass is continuously flooded. It’s incredibly dangerous and I saw several young school children climbing over the railings and running across four lanes of traffic just to cross today .
