Drain needed from garage downpipe 179 Wick Rd to street gutter

The garage to my flat at 179 Wick Road (at the end of the garden to 1A Wick Crescent) has no guttering, causing the roof rainwater runoff to soak into the ground and into the garage, creating damp and mould.

I would like to install guttering for the garage roof to collect the rainwater and divert this to the street gutter. However, I don't know if Bristol City Council can help - a short drain from the downpipe to a lateral gutter leading to the street would do the job. Can you help?
