The drain outside my house is damaged and I have rats coming up in my garden. I reported it ages ago, but it’s getting worse, there are holes everywhere.
Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 14:54, Tue 15 October 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1806183.
I reported it several years ago, have been filling the holes in my garden, but now it’s getting out of control. I called about 3 weeks ago, and was told someone would come and look, and get back to me, but have heard nothing.

It’s now 27th November and I called the council yesterday. It took ages to get through the phone system, press loads of buttons, listen to lectures about reporting online, before I spoke to a very helpful young man. I pointed out that nothing had been done, and I’d reported online already, so now I wait, in hope.
