The drain under my kitchen window at 36 Griggfield walk is blocked and I can not open my window because of the smell and when it is heavy rain the drain is over filling down my grass on to the public foot path also I reported a hole in my roof they came and said that they done it when I checked there was still a hole there I reported it back it must be 2 months ago now to say they missed a hole as I can see the sky through the roof when I look up in the attic the weather has been awful and you can see a patch coming through my bathroom ceiling so can you please ask them to come back and finish the job I am really disappointed as I reported this matter 3 times now and if they would have sorted this problem out the first time they came out my bathroom ceiling would not be damage thank you if you could get back about both repairs as soon as possible I would be most grateful

We've referred the issue externally for appropriate action to be taken, as it's not something Bristol City Council is responsible for.
