An inspection cover has broken and collapsed at the junction of Belroyal Avenue with Broomhill Road. Someone has screwed a piece of 10mm Marine Plywood over the hole.

This is an obvious 'bodge' by who ever drove the heavy vehicle over the footpath and broke the inspection cover. It is proud fo the flat pavement surface and constitutes a trip hazard. Also, the next heavy vehicle to drive over it will also collapse this board into the hole. Thank you for your time.
