Lorry obstructing pavement/corner

At the corner of Mellent Avenue leading on to Aldwick Avenue there has been a lorry parked for last week. It is obstructing the pavement meaning pedestrians have to walk on the road and as it leads into the corner you cannot see oncoming traffic.
