Steel post partly buried into highway footpath which has caused pedestrians to trip , stumble and fall. Claims for personal injury are viable with evidence supported by google street view maps. CCTV DATA PROTECTION REQUESTS may also be submitted to the owner of the retail property to assist with an injury claim. Take note!
