Gully blocked - again

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1812298.
This gully is blocked again. As can be seen in photo it is now almost completed blocked with decomposing leaves and soil. It floods every time there is more than a light shower. This has been reported many times over the years.

These gullys are constantly blocking. In heavy rain it impossible to walk at the northern end of Alexandra Road without getting wet feet

This issue was reported more than 2 weeks ago and apparently nothing had been done, except more complaints on the website and responses that it is being looked at. When will this recurring problem be fixed. The water now extends across Alexander Road whenever it rains more than a shower.
