Gutter disintegrated in Redland Rd

There's a deep gap where the gutter should be in front of the Bannatynes driveway. Its up to 8 cm deep and enough to throuw a cycle over. This is especially dangerous as all cycles crossing the gutter onto the Bannatynes driveway are turning a corner so crosding the gap at an angle.
