I have today driven down this road, and caught this damaged water main cover. This has created a car bunkle on my brand new tyre. I have had this inspected by a tyre company and they have stated that it cannot be repaired - a new tyre is required as this will blow out if left. The new tyre will cost aprox. £300 and I want to claim this from yourselves as this issue on the carriageway has clearly been left since reported six months ago. I will forward a picture when the mobile network recovers from overuse due to the corona virus updates we are experiencing today.
