Bollard has come out of the street and is now corsing a hazard in walk way

    Theres 3 slabs that are loose and raised been like it for weeks now one is at least an 1" high and all tilt over that people are tripping on them at the xmas market..next to harbourside and watershed pub nr the gate enterance from www.adamart.uk /sculpture repairs and garden ornamental statutory
