Water pipes are broken, causing flooding in property's basement
Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 21:33, Thu 24 October 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1818520.
The water pipes are broken and the drain is blocked. This is causing havoc in the street, places are being flooded and it's causing a lot of damage in the property. Painting and equipment. This problem has really destroyed my shop, including all my equipment. I am absolutely furious about this issue and it MUST be solved as soon as possible, this is not the first time that this has occurred. It has delayed the development in my restaurant and wiped out most of this equipment in my shop. Yes i have repeated myself several times but i must get this across to whom this concerns. Please solve this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I have already informed Bristol water, at approximately 18:00 and they came 2 hours late which clearly shows how poor their service is and this not acceptable. To add to that, they still did not fix the issue, so till this time which is 21:18, the water is still flooding the area. We've even taken it upon ourselves to create some sort of channel in our basement so that the water can flow into the drain in our basement, we had to drill into the floor of our basement for an issue that was cause outside in the street. Please have this sorted ASAP. Thank you.
