Dumped IKEA trolley

There is a dumped IKEA trolley on the road side blocking the driveway which is also an eyesore. It is attracting fly tipping - I have cleaned the most recent fly tipping to the dump but How can I get the trolley removed ? It is where college road meets manor road behind number 26 manor road
