3 street lights on the cycle/footpath alongside the M32 / Millpond Primary School, Baptist Mills are not working. 2 are completely unlit and one is on the blink

The number of lights not working on this short piece of path( from motorway footbridge from St Werburghs to Junction 3 flats ) has, in the last week increased from 1 to 3 and is making this busy path unsafe for both pedestrians and cyclists, in the dark mornings and at night.
