Clanking utilities cover

Reported in the Utlility Covers category anonymously at 11:44, Mon 28 October 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1822095.

I do not know if this is the same or a different cover to the one recently repaired. This particular cover does not align with the pavement, but is placed diagonally near middle of the road and is immediately next to the painted arrow marking the right turn into Clay Bottom from Rose Green Road. It clanks loudly and is getting worse, so interupts our sleep. Please can it be repaired ASAP?
