SIZE: 1 m diameter APPROX. DEPTH: NA APPROX. DISTANCE FROM KERB: Middle of the road DATE ENCOUNTERED: 2019-10-25 DEFECT DESCRIPTION: Someone has put a mound of tarmac over an inspection cover. WHY? Traffic cannot avoid the issue. Please remove the tarmac mound and repair the issue properly.
