This pothole is becoming dangerous and a nuisance. There is debris all over the road flicking up and scratching the chassis of cars as there drive along Millground Road. The pothole is now in places over 10cm deep.
I personally drive a moped and would like to raise the question whom is liable in low visibility and road flooding if a misjudged to go around it, clip it and damage my bike and myself?

This pothole is getting worse by the day! It's an accident waiting to happen. People are trying to avoid it by cutting the corner BUT due to the parking on this road it isn't always possible. I hope by car doesn't get damaged due this as its been reported so many times.

Look at the debris surrounding the street which continues to be distributed around local residents drive ways and scrapes to cars as they travel over. How indescret the pot hole looks when flooded, this is an accident waiting to happen!
Please can the council provide some sort of update?
