Blocked drain on the corner of Dorian Rd

Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 16:26, Tue 29 October 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

Drain is blocked and not draining any water away, on the corner of Dorian Road from Gloucester Rd. Worried about accidents when large puddles forming due to a lot of people cycling along this road.

  • The issue with the blocked drain on the Junc of Dorion Rd & Filton Rd causing flooding on the toad & pavement has been an issue for many years now, I feel it needs a deeper investigation as it has been reported on numerous occasions, Clear the drain completely & find out why It keeps blocking, The drain is situated on a high point in the city & rainwater should run away a lot easier than it does, Unless there is a problem with Collapsed pipes, Please investigte deeper once & for all & rectify, Thank you Mr J M Hobbs.

  • Drain still blocked with debrie needs a more in depth investigation as to why this problem has not been resolved, A continual problem perhaps a camera in depth investigation to see where the problems lie, Are the drains cleaned out on a regular basis never see the drain clearing vehicles like we used to see on a regular basis.
