Broken kerb, causing drain cover to be exposed

I live at no.7 Wytherlies Drive. Outside my property is a broken kerb stone, which is causing the drain cover to be raised and exposed. Its causing a drop off from my drive, which potentially could damage my tyres and alloy wheels.
