Path covered in leaf mulch -slip hazard

Lots of leaf mulch especially on the steep downhill section of the shared cycle/pedestrian path.

This is a slip hazard. Last winter my daughter fell off her bike after slipping on this path.

It has been like this for the last few weeks

Last year I don't think the path was cleaned at all - please can you clear the path to make it safe?
