A vehicle registration number BC19ENF , ford truck regularly blocks the road (Gloucester Row). It is happening almost every day. The truck stays on the road for extended periods of time restricting normal flow of traffic. This is happening for the last 3 months at least. Even though there is residential parking available. Its clear that the vehicle is involved in some property renovation, however the owners of the property in question could organise for a space in the residential parking in advance. Total disregard to other road users. And it often takes place between 8- 9 AM when the roads are particularly busy. I have tried to discuss this issue with the people from this truck, who were coming in and out, but had nothing but abuse with statements like "ha ha, what are you going to do? Call the police," e.t.s. I work for construction company and as far as I know this practice is in violation of city regulations. I sincerely hope something can be done about it. I was trying to take more pictures but the men from the truck were acting very patronising and aggressive so I just took one picture and drove off. Kind regards Ella Gusova
