In front of 23-25 Chester Park Rd the tree on by the pavement has grown very large and its roots are now coming through the pavement and causing cracks on the wall in front of the houses. The roots have previously caused damage to the drains of the house which had to be re-done. The cracks on the pavement are a concern to be accident prone. It is also causing flooding and drainage issues.
