Reported in the Obstruction category by Bristol City Council at 12:28, Tuesday 12 November 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

Tree is growing over from railway land into road, is low hanging and could hit pedestrian or vehicle - some residents have strapped tree branch back to tree to tree to clear it from road but this presents more dangers as tree could snap back during high winds.
