Road edge gutter of tarmac is sunken.

Sunken tarmac est. 3-6 inches deep, 5ft long and 1-1.5 inches wide. The area is along Charlecombe Rd, outside Charlecombe Court just by the corner of Parkers Professional Dry Cleaners. Cars are having problem driving out as the wheels get caught. There is also flooding issues during heavy rain. The road edge gutter has been replaced with the tarmac which is now failing so Concerned about it becoming dangerous.
