Contractors laying driveway has damaged pavements

After pavements were resurfaced recently in Oaktree Drive BS13, 2 properties No 7 and 12 have had contractors to lay new drives and dropped kerb. The contractors have left a white surface covering over the driveways on pavements of houses 11 and 13 as well as 12. This has not washed away during the recent rains. Caller has contacted Contractors to no avail
