Overflowing drain flooding the pavement

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 09:51, Thursday 14 November 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 4 minutes later

I can see you are aware of this from multiple other reports of the same. Every single time it rains the drain (on the corner of Pembroke Road and Queens Road) fills and overflows onto the road and pavement making the pavement impassable. This morning is waste collection day so in addition lots of plastic has blown into the road and is floating in the water which could make the issue with the drain even worse. It could be a problem with drain capacity but also collected debris such as branches and leaves making the drain blocked - the addition of plastic will not help with a blockage
