Silted up road gulles, accumulation of leaves blocking gullies

General lack of maintenace of road gullies compounded by no regular street clean to remove leaves causes local flooding particularly at junction with Westbury Road. This morning road and pedestrian crossing almost impassable and dangerous - see photos taken at 11.00am 14th November 2019

This is still an issues 8 days after it was reported. Why are leaves blocking gutters not a council issue?? If you carried out routine cleaning it would not be a problem.
