Water is gushing out of utility access point on sidewalk near red brick building to left of flower shop.

  • Significant amount of water is flowing from drain and down the road. This has been happening for 2 days at least. This is on west street just before you turn left into diamond street.

  • Noise pollution from "man hole cover".

    A very busy road and every car that goes over this creates a very loud metal crashing sound. The movement on the cover looks to be be about 4 cm.

    The cover is owned by VODAFONE
