  • Took photos on the 15 December 2019, as nothing has been done since a supposed update on the 20th November 2019... how long does it take to get the contractor to empty a drain? How much is the contractor being paid not to empty drains that are reported to it by members of the Public? Is there any value in paying for servicces and not getting jobs like this done?
