Parking on the pavement
Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 19:47, Wed 20 November 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1855327.
Glen Park Gardens is a cul de sac with a turning area at the end, People continue to park at the end on the pavement making turning for ambulances and delivery vehicles very difficult. The pavements are all becoming damaged due to this difficulty. The circle at the end should be fitted with double yellow, no parking lines to prevent this problem.

Vehicles constantly park at the end of the cul de sac preventing other vehicles from turning without having to mount the pavement which has become damaged. Installing double yellow lines to the area at the end would then enable the vehicles parked to be towed if necessary instead of the police stating that the vehicles are not causing a hazard.

Had another call from a neighbour at No.20 who says she cant access her garage this morning because the cars are literally right up again her wall, first and foremost blocking the entire pavement meaning elderly have to walk out in the road in order to pass.
