Caravan left in road

A caravan has been left in the road outside number 6 for a few months. someone seems to be using the road as a storage place for their caravan. it does not look like anyone is living in the caravan PLEASE ARRANGE FOR CARAVAN TO BE REMOVED FROM ROAD
