Kerbstone edging outside 11 West Parad
Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:39, Mon 25 November 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1861362.
On Wednesday evening 20th November at approximately 1800 hours I was walking down to my local shop.I unfortunately tripped on the kerbstone outside No 11 West Parade, Sea Mills and jarred my left shoulder, sprained right wrist and hurt left knee in the impact of hitting the ground.I think I am very lucky that I did not break anything! Even though the street lamp was on opposite the area is very dark and I feel dangerous for pedestrians. It is even darker if there is a vehicle parked in the road as it causes a darker shadow again I also ruined a newly acquired pair of boots, where the front of the boots have scraped and took the patent leather off - ruining them. (I do have receipt and pictures of damaged boots) I hope to hear from you accordingly and would appreciate someone coming out to inspect this dangerous area. I would hate anyone else to trip up on this and injure themselves.
