Tactile paving / dropped kerbed areas flood

There is significant ponding at the tactile paving / dropped kerbing associated with the pedestrian crossing at the top of St John's Lane. This forces people to cross using other less suitable routes (including crossing the trip hazard kerbing).
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
