Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 19:17, Mon 25 November 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later
New students living in 30 Elton road bs78dd never move their large bins back onto their property following waste collection over the last 2 months. I have let them know politely they are blocking the pavement and moved them myself a number of times.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
