This drain has been reported several time 4 different times it's been sucked out and the engineers say its collapsed and need rerouting.i have reported this to fix my street several times yet nothing has been done .when it rains I cannot get access to the rear of my property. My garage gets flooded and my disabled neighbour cannot get out of her house on her scooter is this acceptable?? I think not .the last status 2 weeks ago was engineers will be out to fix it asap ,no one has been out ,yet the status has changed again to fixed.can some one contact me asap as this is getting beyond a joke !!

There’s still a big issue with the drain out the back it’s leaves a huge puddle and I can’t get to my car I am disabled and can hardly walk this issue isn’t been fixed it floods do much that it comes into our back garden I have 3 children that leave early for school and can’t get out to our parked car due to this flooding it’s that bad it’s about a foot deep in places this needs to be sorted ASAP as we into winter now and it’s not right that I can not get to my parked vehicle

Here to show u how flooded we are out the bk of mile walk bs14 0sl it’s so bad I can’t get to my vehicle I am disabled and when peoples cars or vans are parked up on a evening we as a family can not get access due to the deep flood I got risks of slipping as there’s a drain there with loads of slime and grit all over it and I have 3 young kids aswell there school shoes gets soaking wet as they got to walk through it to get access to our vehicle or house this needs to be fixed for once and for all as this not right are gardens gets flooded it’s a vile smell
