Water ingress from Coal catch on Pavement into basement

Cement covering coal hatch on pavement, outside of 10 firfield street, has eroded overtime this is allowing water to enter into the basement when it rains. This issue has been present for at least 2 years.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
