The drain is still completely blocked It was reported 2weeks ago - is there any reason why it has taken 2weeks to raise it with the contractors?

The contractors were in Sommerville Road today - they unblocked a drain outside no 75 Sommerville Road - I spoke to them and they had noticed that the drain on the corner of Melita Road opposite no 79 was blocked but were unable to unblock it as it was not on their list. I phoned BCC whilst they were still in the road - the woman spoke to someone else and was told the drain could not be added to their list - despite being first reported 4months ago
