Two caravans parked in Sunny hill. Other side of the road is a blue van and a trailer with heavy machine on. Trailer has a puncture and caravans and trailer have bricks under wheels. Someone doesn’t trust the brakes! Also it’s parked well onto the pavement.Both road and pavement access is compromised. Surely caravans cannot be permanently kept on the road .
