Drain blocked by 50cm silt and gravel

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1868683.
The drain at the bottom of Freeland Place BS8 is covered with 50cm of silt and gravel caused by a burst water pipe further up the hill, that now repaired and reinstated.

The end of Freeland place was completely flooded again this morning, due to the blocked drain. It's virtually impossible to cross, with rubbish floating about in the deep water.

The sewer is fully plugged and will need routing. Thanks to whoever built the wooden bridge over the pond, access to Freeland Place from Hotwell Road now possible for the most agile. Everyone else has to walk around the block.
