Request for parking restrictions/protection of green space, Claremont Street

A very long and still on going issue on Claremont Street is that of illegal parking on the grass area between properties number 6 and 28. Because this issue has been going on for so long now with no resolution, the grass has been severely damaged and turned to mud, with this mud then running off onto the road whenever it rains, posing a very dangerous hazard of a slippery surface for pedestrians and cyclists who pass by. This can be evidenced by just taking a look at this area right now after the recent wet weather we have had.
So I am now making a request for this grass area to be surrounded by a fence, bollards, or boulders, and possibly yellow lines to be painted at the end of the street here too, to protect this green space from being even further damaged by illegal and inconsiderate parking.
On a related note, this grass area is also a flytipping hotspot. No surprise as it is so easy for vehicles to just pull up, drop rubbish off, and drive away at present.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
