Sunken Paving Slab outside of the bank at 149 Whiteladies Road

There is a paving slab directly outside of the bank at 149 Whiteladies Road that has sunk by approx. 3 inches. There has been reports of at least two pedestrians falling over this slab and one loading vehicle having a tyre caught in the depression. There is serious concern regarding this issue as a trip hazard.
