Large pile of large peices of gravel

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 hour, 25 minutes later

There is a huge pile which has been left outside no.35 Henleaze Avenue, work is being carried at no.31 it also has a skip outside which is also not sufficently lit at night, grsvel is going into road, Bear Landscapes are doing the work at the property, Please investigate if adequate licences and enfoce if nescary
