Uneven surface on traffic lights on summerhill rd

Hi there,
There is an uneven lip on the road on the traffic lights just by our house (we are 118). It's a busy road and particularly when heavy traffic, specifically buses which are frequent, drive past the effects of the bump can be heard and felt in our front room. I've poorly highlighted in the attached photo the two dips that cause the reverberations. It's been like this for quite a long period of time however it's now more pronounced than before.
Thanks in advance!
