Manholes with cracked covers or sections missing from the cracked cover presenting a serious trip hazard. It is also affecting the office in Brew house, along side (company house in the map). We think that the damaged manhole covers are allowing the smell to penetrate the office. Some tenants are refusing to work in the smell and the company is threatening legal action if the situation is not rectified.
