Loose manhole cover on the A37 in the road at the boundary of number 368 wells road and St Martins church. It makes a loud bang-bang noise every time a vehicle goes over it and makes it hard to sleep. This problem was reported nearly a year ago but has not been fixed. Please can it be looked at, thanks

I received a request for more detailed information on the location of the manhole. The manhole is on the A37 near the middle of the road on the outbound side. It is where the boundary of number 368 Wells Road meets the boundary of St. Martins church. The postcode is BS4 2QL. When an outbound vehicle is driving near the middle of the road it goes over the manhole and produces the Clack-Clack or Bang-Bang noise.
