Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:42, Mon 9 December 2019

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 minutes later

There is an overgrown shrub whose branches are sticking out of the front garden of no 194 Ashley Down Rd (meets corner of York Avenue) dangerously obstructing the pavement where children walk and scoot to school. In same place their is an abandoned workman’s barrier making it very difficult to negotiate footpath and almost impossible with wheelchair or buggy.
