Lorry has damaged kerb stones and green churned up

Witnessed Greenfield waste lorry/truck mounted pavement and went onto the green to get past parked vehicle. Their skip was on the green. Truck wheels destroyed the kerb edging. Rear offside wheels went over the green. Trip hazard for local children and elderly. Looks very dangerous. Please repair.
