Flooding. Pedestrians walking in traffic to avoid lake

Apsley Road BS8 crossing, Whiteladies Road end. Hasn't been raining much but crossing point is flooded and pedestrians are having to find ways around lake in road. One will get hit soon, or drenched by fast car.

  • It WAS fixed (i.e. drains were cleared) but they have now re-blocked with leaves. Why St John's Road gets cleared multiples times over winter, but all other local roads are ignored (causing longer-term flooding) is beyond me.
