Pothole at the bus stop Farr Street Avonmouth
Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 13:30, Wed 11 December 2019
Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1883815.
On 4 December I traveled with bus number 3 from Union Street to Farr Street(between 19.00 -19.50.) When I got off I had been an accident. There was a hole on the pavement and when I stepped down from the bus to the pavement, unfortunately, I trampled into the hole and I fell down to my right knee, lost my balance. The driver helped me to stand up because I couldn't do it alone. My knee still hurts. I would like to ask you information about what I can do next if I want to raise a formal complaint. If my body had turned I could have broken my both leg and hit my head which could be serious consequences for my entire life. I insist on the Council take action to repair the damaged pavement at the bus stop and covered my medical treatment if it's needed to heal my knees. I hope that I have no big problem. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please let me know where I can turn for help. Regards, Veron Vezer
